I think the thing that made a lot of folks upset (such as myself) is the confusion from moving between the 3. You say you just got on the other day? Before you did, There was Vanilla, TU, and Anniversary game types. There was an issue when going into certain playlists where you wouldn't know if you were getting Vanilla or TU game type and you had to guess if the pistol/DMR was going to be a monster.

There was also a lot of flack for not pushing it out to ALL playlists, which I still stand by and say that they should have. You don't make a radical change like this TU and pick and choose what playlists get it, you apply it to ALL the playlists, that why its an Title Update. When you apply it to ALL playlists, even if you don't like the change, its easier to accept because its been blanketed accross rather than giving people who don't like it room to complain still by keeping old settings around here and there.

343 has had a bad case lately of "I want to make everybody happy" and they need to just stop because that won't ever work.
