People to tend get up in arms when you tell them how to do : their job so I try not to do that, but I maintain I should get to ask : someone to do their job. I understand that. This is actually a case where Jack is consistent, though. He NEVER knows what anything's called. It's just part of it. It's okay if it bothers you, I just don't feel like you should call out their credibility as a company because of it. They do good work and they do a very SPECIFIC kind of work, and that's exactly what 343i wanted them to do when they asked them to do these videos.
