I much whether it was : seemless then a fade. : And you just know that short fade to black is going to effect gameplay. :( : Yes of course, I think everyone (343i included) would've liked the transition to be seemless, however I think it was much harder to realise than initially expected. That being said, the fade to black is only about 0.5s - not really that big a deal to be honest. Unless of course you're switching in the middle of a firefight - something I don't plan on doing personally.
