I suppose the map packs are 800 points. So that does equate to 23 dollars. And even if you discount CE as if it were only half the package putting it at 7.50, and rounding down to 30 for the overall content price, before accounting for updates. So, that leaves you at 10 dollars for the added content. And if that's your only consideration, then all I can say is think about what that equates to, or I suppose in your case, 20BPS. Here 10 dollars is a movie ticket, maybe 2 hours of entertainment. A meal at a mid-range restaurant. And hour or so of enjoyment, but you don't get an appetizer or a dessert. Whatever comparison, even if all I clock is 10 hours of campaign with it and nothing else, at 40 dollars that's a better value ratio than a movie ticket. But then if I play co-op online with bros or play with my little sister or one of my brothers. If I play with those maps online or in a LAN. Even just a few 'Survive' rounds of firefight on that one map. Well, the value of my purchase just increases like a Warthog outrunning a wildcat destabilization. I've clocked 325 hours in Reach on B.net. That doesn't count LANs or times when I was away from Live. Nor does it count theater mode, and I don't think Forge either. As a 60 dollar game, I've paid 18 cents and hour for just that. And even if I didn't enjoy every moment of it, where else am I gonna have so much fun for so little money? That's where the bargain is. It's in the value, the enjoyment. Not the money. You can always make more money, so I say spend it on something fun.
