Yes agreed. It'd nice to see the process.

Yeah, the Longsword's a weird one. It was fine being the C709 in the novels from 2001 until 2010 until the Reach manual inexplicably changed that to a totally new designation. Turns out the novel might have been the original mistake since C-709 was apparently the Autumn's designation in the Halo Bible (as printed in the Sybex Halo PC game guide). I didn't know that's where MiG came from...I learned something today!
