(General Vagueness) : I was actually talking about the "less of a camping nuisance" : part-- I mean really, have you played on... well, pretty much any map from : the first game? Yeah, though it's been a while since I've done it in proper form; over the last few years most of what I've done is the occasional casual split-screen, which is very different and not really normal (unless it's a 4-player 50% health/no shields/shotguns FFA on Wizard, at which point it's perfect, and totally worth playing for like three hours straight, which I have totally done before). I may have spoken wonkyishly. Thinking back, I think that there's some room to argue that if the enemy knows about your shotgun camping spot in Halo 1's movement and grenade scheme, it's a little harder to hold that spot simply by virtue of the shotgun, but for my argument to address an overall substantial drop of shotgun camping in general is indeed ridiculous.
