It's said about Halo 2 that there was a whiteboard with a picture of a truck and crates falling out of it. The crates were labeled with the names of characters, levels, designs, mechanics, and such that were cut from the game. By release, the whiteboard was completely full. I would love to have seen that whiteboard and talk to the Bungie crew. : Worse than even that are demos that end up having no place : inside the game at all, demonstrating weapons that are vastly different : from the final product, with only slight nods to what ends up in the final : game. I hate to say it, but I'm looking at you Bungie. I still haven't : forgiven you for that, though I understand and appreciate the : circumstances behind it. (Does not understand what weapons are being referred to. Battle Rifle?)
