In Response To: Re: What exactly did HBO "do"? (on either side) (bluerunner) : Yup. This is like being at summer camp, having the counselors give everybody : a fun scavenger hunt list, and then having one guy walk up and say "I : dug through the counselors' desks and found a map of where everything is : hidden. Now we can go get the stuff and not spend any time on it." : Where's the fun in that? It might have been fun for him to rummage through : their desks, but it takes away from the game for everybody else. No, it was more like the camp counselors giving the campers an obscure photo of the camp and saying "Yeah, we hid stuff, and whoever finds this stuff will get a cool little reward. Not saying what the stuff is, though, so have fun racking your brains while we sit in our offices laughing!" And kornman's rooting is more along the lines of "I found memo on one of their desks mentioning that one thing we're looking for might be a switch somewhere in the camp."
