Now the big mysteries of the universe are revealed (in a : suitable manner, that's not the fault), but the company continues the : mystery for things that aren't that important. There are three reasons for withholding dates - 1. Safety - not comitting to something we may need to change. 2. Connection to story that is not public yet. 3. Deliberate mystery. Date omissions in Legends cover all three reasons, Package is covered by 1&2. It's not a conspiracy.
