In Response To: Spoiler-free thoughts on the new episodes (Vincent) Homecoming - Halsey's portrayal was a step ahead from the Package, where she was totally out of character. Still couldn't get the hair color right, though. And the animation was downright lazy at times, compared to Prototype or Origins for instance. Also, how can there be a Spartan-II numbered 303? To my understanding, Ralph was with the other recruits from the very first class, as evidenced by their Spartan tags. Also why was he a marine out of the sudden? Why was this never explained? Prototype - I quite liked it. Animation was the best of the bunch, and it didn't actually have that many inconsistencies. If there were any at all. Not that much of a fan of giant mecha suits though. Wish this studio had done other episodes as well, like Homecoming. Origins - Probably the best one. Though I'm kind of surprised/partially disappointed it didn't show the interplanetary war or the rain forest wars. Still good though. The final half of the second part was really confusing, hard to tell what was actually happening and what was Cortana's imaginings. Odd One Out - Not really my kind of humor. Too absurd overall.
