You...you're kidding right? Aesthetics can be judged scientifically? No. No sir. You blew up your own point entirely with the engine metaphor. You give an exact reason why his moped engine may be "better" than yours, because oh guess what, opinion is the only thing that matters in establishing what is better or worse. Because maybe he's not looking for power. What you're talking about is a general consensus, finding what the majority of people would prefer. Has nothing to do with objectivity.
