Oh we can probably do better than that, hahah.
TVC. Thrust Vectoring. Its how aircraft manoeuvre in what is called the post-stall area of flight.
ie, when a plane is flying so slow that insufficient air is travelling over the control surfaces, making them useless.
Control is thus maintained by angling (vectoring) the thrust of the engines directly.

To apply this to space, the main thrust comes from the main engines right? The RCS that would be positioned around the craft would be quite small for manoeuvrability.
If you have a 3D thrust vectoring engine nozzle, you can control the affects of the turn with the main thrust of the engines, which is going to provide the most turning force.
So you use the RCS to bank in order to take maximum advantage from the vectoring main engine thrust when you pull back on the stick.

There would still be some physics inconsistencies when applied to space but less notable.

It also sounds more complicated and looks more convincing, lol.

Its a real move made possible by TVC, one that's so spectacular it shows up in movies, games etc where ever possible.
Its an enhancement of Pugachev's Cobra manoeuvre.
