: I guess I am curious as to why you want : a. Mysteries resolved instantly : b. Spoilers spoiled : c. Nothing to ponder. Indeed! Since when is every answer in a Bungie story handed to us up front? You'd think after nearly 10 years of Halo we'd be used to looking deeper. Also we shouldn't forget that there is a series of Forerunner books coming out. Perhaps those might have some answers.
