plus that Spartans are raised to believe that their mission is far more important than the life of some whiny 12 year old. "Give one life to save millions" they always say that in the books. Also ODSTs are trained soldiers it makes me mad they didn't carry their weight at least once during the whole time. why not just send the spartan down by herself? she definetly wouldn't have had to battle 2 brutes and pull his ass out of trouble twice (waterfall edge and when his pod was sinking). it didn't even seem like they were trained with the amount of mistakes they made. I understand how they were trying to show how much Helljumpers dislike spartans, but the way they did it was horrible. Helljumpers are hardasses that risk their lives to complete a mission. if a spartan does better than them they try to one up them by doing something even better. They wouldn't go cry in a corner somewhere. Why was it that when they showed her face that it didn't match her body at all? during the whole episode she was hulking out, and then when they showed her face she was some fragile beautiful woman. I'm fine with the fact that she was a woman but as a spartan she would have scars and her head would be shaved, most likely. they show huge muscles when she is pulling the pod out of the muck and battling the brute, but then when her helmet comes off she is some damsel in distress. "omg o'brien take the shot gasp*" lastly (this isn't a huge deal) why did they get there 2 minutes before the prophet showed up? how did they not know he wouldn't be early? on missions like that you usually get there a whole day ahead of time and just sit there quietly.
