(zofinda) : One thing about the Spartan's faces...I know this is me nitpicking and I know : this answer to the question is artistic interpretation but the Spartans : being the soldiers they are, isnt it kind of odd that they would have hair : that is non-regulation? This is of course unless they have been deployed : for sometime. Come to think of it, im sure the Chief's hair has gotten : kind of long after 3+ months of nonstop action. Ok so basically just : ignore everything I just said... Hair is the first compromise we made when working with Japanese animators - they simply don't make anime without it. We knew that going into it, just as we knew Simon Bisley was going to give Elites capes in the HGN. As for John's face, we're not stupid. But we do make a couple of nods to his anonymity.
