Uh, actually, I've been on HBO since 2003.
So, yeah.
Never really got into the forums, but I was around for when the Story page updated on regular intervals

It might look like a troll post, but its not.
I'm more complaining about how everyone says they hate brutes but never really give their reasons, sure they say 'Oh they're predictable' or the so common ' They aren't like Elites', but no one ever compares the two.
Brutes in Halo 2 worked for their size and way they fought. Brutes in Halo 3/ODST did not work due to Bungie thinking they did it wrong and made them more like Elites.
Brutes are NOT Elites, and they shouldn't be.
Brutes are the types of enemy you want to run away from.
A Hunter without the fuel rod and more speed.
Thats what they were in Halo 2, and thats what they should have stayed as.

But as for being idiots, that is really more because of how Bungie tweaked them to be like Elites in Halo 3.
In Halo 2, they acted like the looked.
When they berserked, you got OUT of there.
In Halo 3, due to trying to make them like Elites, they just stand around until their armor is off, and then they go berserk.
But before they do, they do this retarded yell and stand there for 2 seconds which lets you get an easy headshot, and if you can't they'll suddenly jump into the air and end up missing you, and then repeating that action.
