Yeah, the epilogue's date is probably just rounded, so I wouldn't really worry about it that much. But it just becomes more inaccurate if the 23rd date is true. In fact, if it's true, it messes up the whole timeline around that era.

What I'd love to see though is an accurate and exact timeline of all events around this time period, provided by Bungie or Microsoft, that'd clear all of this stuff up. And finally giving an explanation of how Johnson and friends got back to Earth.
