(Leviathan) : I'd be very interested to hear any Halo fan's thoughts on this author, since : I've never read any of his works. : I'm also extremely excited about these books. Although I believe the : Forerunner mystery was one of the best aspects of the Halo story.... now : getting to almost a decade since I was first told of this mystery, I'm : ready for some of the gaps to be filled in! This guy is perfect. I'm reading about him on wikipedia, and he writes "hard science fiction" and he already has experience on novels which kind of relate to the Forerunners -- being all spaceish and galactic and epic and etc. Probably obvious to some, but I rarely read books for fictional stories -- or, stories period. This is all new to me.
