On The Covenant, as you are coming up the elevator, the Chief jumps up at the very end. It's the most subtle detail that is so natural you don't even notice it, but looking back it really just conveys that he's not completely relaxed, he's eager to stop Truth. It's just attention to detail. That's the main one I noticed... all the others have really been mentioned or I can't think right now. Bungie really outdid themselves on this game's cinematics.
