No... that it is a COMPANY in BUSINESS to manke MONEY in the interests of its SHAREHOLDERS.

Yes, the executives of Microsoft own shares and options for those shares, but if you look into your parent's retirement accounts, I am POSITIVE you'll find shares of Microsoft in their either in individual form or as part of stock funds.

In conclusion: Microsoft is not in business to save the world or to end world hunger or to bring you chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday. They make software for consumers and make hardware and games for gamers. If they do a good enough job, they sell a whole bunch of units and then make money.

End of story.
