Follow the logic train of happy happy bucket head:

1. Halo has an attract mode
2. The attract mode replays a previous game.
3. This replay must be like a marathon or myth 'film'
4. Halo must therefore have a film embedded within its code somewhere
5. Xbox has an Ethernet, USB, mem card, and hard drive.
6. Someone out there will hack the XBox eventually.
7. There must be SOME way of creating a film or psuedo film.

Think of the multi xbox setups that are possible. In that mode, the 'server' xbox is sending whatever data to the other xboxes via ethernet and the client xbox updates the action on the battlefield. One could, I suppose, figure out what's going on there and store that datastream for future viewing.

It may be wishful thinking, but let a guy dream, willya? :)

I do not doubt that the xbox will be a hackers plaything as soon as it hits the shelves. It's too tantalizing an object to ignore.
