the thing that gets me pissed is that the xbox pre show at e3 had some guy giving halo as a example of the online voice com (so that keyboard thing just flew out the window nexz)
and I was quite looking forward to the xbox in itself for the amazing things a broadband standard is capable of bringing to the online gaming ring.
tell me what better game than halo could show this off.
online gaming was the only reason i was looking forward to the pc release, and when i heard about xbox and the whole online thing i thought awsome I can play halo online with more goodies and stability that PC could achieve
and i wouldnt have to spend 3000 maybe even more to make it look and run good.
here is what my main point is.
if halo had been released with the old engine i could play it with my current machine no problem.
but now that halo has undergone massive overhalls in the graphics department I am almost possitive my machine P3 700 380 megs tnt 2 wont even get over 15 FPS at anytime.
well I felt bungie screwed us when they took halo to xbox, then i calmed down and thought about what they could achieve in both graphics, and online.
now that halo wont feature the thing that would make this xbox exclusive so unique and worth buying the console in itself for I just dont see the point.
but hey I guess it is win win for microsoft, people will buy an xbox for single player than buy new computers for the multiplayer.
This may be one of their plans.
I know this isnt your fault guys at bungie, but if you can PLEASE INCLUDE HALO ONLINE MULTI AT SOME POINT FOR XBOX.
I know you are working your asses off, but please tell microsoft or something, because singleplayer can only go so far, and 4 player isnt what this console is about
