Well done Major.Dump.. as always.
I know you've been working in 3D for quite a while now, really nice to see where it's at.
I'm going to school for computer animation and illustration in San Jose. So lets see if I can input.

A few things to work on.. if they haven't already said.
Camera moves feel too robotic, slow in slow out, vary the speed a bit

Remember the rule of thirds..

The characters need to be talking with their bodies not their hands, they have no faces, so the whole body needs to be expressing what their saying.

I know your focusing on animating but...
you have highlight on your characters but now fill or reflected light.
Remember warms and cools, complementary, contrast colors. This is in the Halo universe but it doesn't have to follow ever rule.
