Look at the armor and detail of the Marines in Halo 3, Johnson included. They appear to have some Marine armor panels that look very much like they were derived from the Mjolnir armor. Maybe the control of a full suit is beyond non-modified humans, but the Marines may be benefiting from some of the armor advancements.
