James James from the Jan ILB audio was a SI.

In Response To: Re: Conversations from the Universe (kr-1426) James James (or J squared as Jersey calls him) was never his real name. Gladys mentions that in The Funeral audio. Said "He said it was so dumb everybody would assume he was born with it." Gilly calls him Jim Lee, so that was probably his real name before he volunteered for the Spartan I program. And Jan is a 1.1. A 1.0's kid. She's one of sixteen. And at the end she gets recruited by Kevin (one of the 1.1s) to create an outfit to hit the Covenant without being under ONI's thumb. Thirteen of them signed up. I'm a huge fan of the ILB storyline. It's damn near Halo canon as I see it.
