In Response To: 1 million tests per month (scarab) : 1,200,000,000,000 / 100,000 = 12,000,000 tests per year : 12,000,000 / 12 = 1,000,000 tests per month : Which is a suspiciously round number... It was probably rounded from Penitent Tangent in the first place. Presumably Delta Halo was STILL doing test firings (perhaps the blue beams from the towers as in Halo 1?) so if he answered JUST as it reached 2.1 trillion...the coincidence would be mind-boggling. I don't buy it being an exact value.
