In Response To: I blame the fanboys *sp Halo 3* (Jillybean) : I really do - the most interesting part of Halo 2 (from a story point of : view) was the insight into the Covenant, the Arbiter character. It showed : us a new conflict and a possible shift of allegiances. There was no new : conflict in Halo 3 and I think that's because the friction in the civil : war was reduced as we were merely spectators (and RIDICULOUS considering : the Arbiter survives and the Chief is left lost in space. It bugs me, we : all know this, let's move on.) When you think about it, the Arbiter was the only one who took the Hero's journey. It's almost like he was the main character after all, which would of course explain your frustration.
