I'm not putting too much stock in a hand drawn image when we don't know what materials the artist had access to when sketching it. A real-geometry object, even if scaled down, will yield a more accurate result in the end. My measurement for the Dreadnought is based on the 3D mesh that leaves High Charity in relation to the full size circular opening the Chief falls into at the end of Halo 2. It's an estimate, and we don't know that the size of the Dreadnought wasn't 'reimagined' for Halo 3. It'd be interesting to see some of the meshes from the 3rd game. Then the scale charts would expand exponentially.
