The older guy is in Fleet Security. We've never seen that rank before. However, the younger guy is SpecOps, which armor we have seen before. Coincidentally, the armor looks exactly like the stuff the younger one is wearing. It doesn't take a genius to figure this out. The evidence we have at the moment suggests very strongly that's it 'Taham in the purple Assault armor and 'Sraom in the dark blue Combat armor.
