In Response To: I really hope he's still playable. (Gravemind) I forgot to point out, though, that I doubt the Arbiter will be by the Chief's side the whole time, thus opening up oppourtunities to play as him. Perhaps when they split up, there will be parts of the level where you play as the Chief, and others where you play as the Arbiter. Or something like that.
