I've updated the Spore herding article with a few developments:

(1) There's better advice on spore counting. It involves continually backing off and whacking the front few spores. I was able to use that method to count a big herd I had near the first door; about 170.

(2) New activity listed: see 'Wipeout' in the section on Fun with your herd.

(3) Another new activity listed, and it's something spectacular. See Chasm shoot in that same section.
