And how about making some team achievements, such as "Played on the winning team in [x] games of [playlist]" and "Played on the winning team in at least one game of all playlists", to encourage supporting the team? (Though I could see some bad sports abusing Voice when "[their] team sucks", and the option to switch teams would certainly have to be disabled in the eligible playlists to avoid "let's jump to the winning side in the last seconds" fever.) -- Steve'll wrack his brain for more ideas, though he suspects this stuff is probably already locked into the game if the beta is coming in the spring.
