Even : after taking factors like owning a 360, over 18/17, has Xbox LIVE, lives : in the U.S, into acount; you still have an enormous amount of Halo 3 fans : vying for a spot in the Beta. The total number of Halo players on Xbox Live is under 2 million - and a significant percentage of those are using (or did use) original Xboxes. These days, a quarter million people are playing halo 2 online, more or less - 50,000 is 20% of those.
