In Response To: Re: Sniper needler (Captain Spark) : I tried adjusting the needler for sniping and it really doesn't work well.
: I have some footage of my tweaked needler (the way I prefer it, with zoom )
: I have a new Raspberry flavor that you may like, I'm all out of Strawberry :) Im trying to remember what the ROF is set for the Needler. The other problem is the 'spread' definitions, which I believe will reduce the 'lock on/homing' capability of each proj. I did notice in past experiments that if there are too many needles 'in the air' that the engine itself has trouble keeping track of the homing for all of them (and bogs down the whole works down as well). Quick thought...Maybe reducing the ROF, the min/max spread, and keeping the proj speed high will tweak it to behave more sniper-like?
