Previous public displays of IP protection/dick-waving had full 'cooperation' from Bungie the gaming group as well as MS the behometh. That is not the case now. Whether intentional or not, Bungie the gaming group has expressed sadness that this had to pass. Keeping that in mind, I could very well rationalize that if I'm giving the finger to the guy that's telling me to shutdown, IN THIS CASE, that guy is squarely a MS lawyer goon, NOT Bungie the gaming group. - m
