(Raging Aura) : just remember that pistol ammo from halo 1 is explosive, meaning it bursts on : contact. also, there was a thread on what the orange spot was and why it : wasn't covered. the best theory was that the orange spots were areas used : to take in oxygen, and so they were exposed. most living things need : oxygen(or like the grunts, methane) so the worm colony would probably need : a breathing hole not smothered by the armor. That makes sense, but on a creature that size, I think that it would be necessary just to move around. If it was covered head-to-toe in all that armor, there'd be no way for the creature to fight, or move. You could go up behind it, melee it, and it would fall flat on it's face.
