In Response To: Re: Covenant Cruiser perspective interior (jman571)

: Hmmm that brings to mind a question...Are the rooms and locations inside the
: T&R during the mission 'Keyes' the same as in the level 'Truth &
: Reconciliation'. Because I thought there might be a discrepancy between
: the sizes of the ships, as in Keyes you never really see a good long-range
: shot of the entire ship. As well, it seems you cover much more distance
: from when you fall, to when you proceed up the grav-lift. Have you been
: able to determine the starting location in 'Keyes' relative to the rest of
: the ship?

Yes, the ship overall is too small. The only true size is the part you can see from outside the shuttlebay. In both so-called full views, the ship is approximately 2.5 times too small compared to the characters. The area you fall out is a farther drop than the gravity lift back in. Remember you climb a hill to get to the grav lift on the level "Keyes" and that puts you pretty close to the hull, so it's not far up that lift.

The other problem is that the have the interior backwards in "Keyes". The shuttle bay appears to be on the starboard side, instead of port like before, but what gives it away is that the bridge faces aft all of a sudden. Clearly it's a mistake and they had it right in the level "Truth and Reconciliation" if you've studied the maps like I have. The exterior supports places for 4 shuttlebays so that's why my article on the ship shows that.
