Tartarus went to the control room with Keyes and 343GS. (Shown expressly in the last cutscene in Uprising... if I'm thinking of the right level.) Johnson and the other Marines were dropped off at the Scarab platform. (Deduced, but reasonable.) Don't know the reason expressly, but it would make sense to separate critical assets to prevent one accident or attack wiping out all the potential Reclaimers. I took Tartarus's voice as heard on the Scarab platform as a radio transmission from the Control Room to the platform... though this is assuming that a "static" filter was forgotten or misfired on his audio. It was a message that the other potential Reclaimers weren't needed anymore and could be killed. -- Steve'd analyse further, but things are getting busy. Back later.
