| Beastie listening spots | |

In Response To: Re: Hearing those beastie sounds (Captain Spark) I've been doing a bit more exploring for beastie listening spots, and things seem quite odd. There are certain spots well away from the cliff edge where the sounds are fairly loud (though maybe not as loud as near the tree in my guide). It makes me wonder why things are so selective that way. Logically you should be hearing the sounds everywhere; but perhaps Bungie thought that would make them too commonplace. About that 'cave' you (and others) have mentioned. First time I tried it, the sounds were weak there. But having gone back a second time, I notice that there's a specific small area where they're pretty loud. Looking at the cave, there are some branches growing out of the wall on the right. Stand underneath or thereabouts; that's the loud spot. Maybe that's where you recorded your sound file, I don't know. Here's another good spot well away from the cliff edge. In the first Covenant area, there's a raised path you can go up onto to shoot. You know what I mean. If you were to go along to the end then drop down, you'd be in the spot I'm talking about. Maybe I'll add something to my guide about spots such as these. : It's the same sound file. Same mp3 sound file; ok. Now I know that, I've adjusted the wording in that section I added. I've adjusted a few unrelated bits too actually.
