actually, when chompy and i first designed the gametype we put the balls in to create an unwinnable game. since there is no win condition set, the oddballs make it so that the game can only be ended manually.

concealing scores is a good other reason, though. and they're fun weapons to use every once in awhile.

ps... props go to dan chosich for the original gametype "fist ass" - chompy and i just kicked it up about thirty notches :D
