Wow. I didn't think about the Juggernaut gametype at all until I read your post. I just tested the fast speed as jug, and it doesn't affect the power of running melees at all, so that answers at least part of your question. It might be possible to figure out all the values for the extra damage option as juggernaut, but from what I've tried so far, it would be really complicated and a lot more trouble than it's worth, since not a lot of people play that gametype. If there were a huge demand I'd probably give it a shot, but for now I'm content to just let it be.

For the second question, the brute shot is indeed a one-hit kill with a jumping melee, and on the chart you can see that it does more than 6 points of damage, so everything's good there.
