(scorpionxx7) : i doubt he was referring to a forerunner ship, b/c he would know it wasn't : yours you seem to be missing my point interally. i am saying that guilty spark confused the master chief for a forerunner. my main point is that humans are forerunner, stick to the program , and how would it be admaged in the first place, short of POA : landing onit (unlikely)? who knows why there is a damaged forerunner ship on halo or how it happpened. just because we don't know how it got damaged doesn't mean its not there. as for POA, maybe Bungie just didn't put in : animations etc. for flood fixing things in the level, through out the maw, the only thing we ever saw the flood doing was blowing more holes into the thing. and as for Keyes : saying it wouldn't fly, that would be where repairing it comes in. the POA was never built to land on a planet. when it crashed, keyes understood that it was beyond all possible repair. the ship was toast. it was a surprise that it was in on piece but it was beyond repair. the ship was built in space and lived in space. its repears would have to be done in space. the ship could bearly hold up its own wait against gravity never mind lift off. and just would it lift of. its main thrusters are at the end. it does have thrusters on its underside powerful enough to lift it off the ground. i don't : think they're fixing T&R b/c it's still half full of covenant, and seems : to be in worse shape since the flood got to it. the covenant ship in horrable shape. and you say the POA could be repaired. at least the T&R was still in the air, it was still hovering off the ground. the damage done to the T&R could easliy be repaired were as on the POA theship was almost broken in half. and alot of the outer covering was gone. In fact, the Covenant evenually did repair the T&R fulling, the only problem was that they could leave because their was still flood aboard. and thats when the marines show up, take the ship and get ready to leave in it. And at least the flood were blowing more holes into it when we were there. also, when 343 is in the : maw hacking computers, i'm pretty sure he realizes that it's your ship "human history, how fasicanting, a record of our lost time" funny, it seems that he has never heard of or race refer to ourselves as humans and that he knew our race along time ago. Sure he relizes its your ship know, but not back when you two where in the liberay.
