In the context of your comments, I surely did let my usual overarching plot speculations interfere with the objective of the thread. (Thrashing his hands against the keyboard... bad writer, bad!) I will say that the stuff relating to the Gravemind, Arbiter, and some of the very Halo 2-specific stuff is cold. Is it just me, or did you not identify the Forerunners, by name, in that list of chill? Some of the other stuff, definitely on the money. :) I'm just pointing that out for my own ego's sake:-) : The question/hint refers to some subtle stuff hidden in the books for fun,
