Thats a good point, Halos fire, gas planets explode also and extent the blast, radius is greater than it would normally be. On talking about moving Halos, I think that it maybe possible, but seems to be rare and only as a backup. If they would move, the coordinates wouldn't help find it's place, but take into consideration that the rock on Cote de Azur, it gave out a beam to the Covenant ship. Why would that be necessary, when Hunters went down there and could have just looked at the numbers and got the location of Delta Halo? This doesn't give out the location of the Ark, since MC said he saw the Halo coordinates on the rock while traveling to Delta Halo. That beam was sending up a revised signal as to where the Halo currently is, the rock and Halo system communicate. Doesn't seem so farfetched with all of these other Forerunner technologies. | |
