In Response To: Re: Explain this, then:) (Metatron) I would imagine that, if your assumption is correct that "HALO" and "Halo" refer to two different things, that they're not two different Halos, but one Halo and something entirely different; not some other installation or object, per se, but a process, acronym, or somesuch. That said, and not ever wanting to dissuade folks from speculation, variances in capitalization make for a tenuous foundation on which to build an argument. ;-) Additionally (and this is my own personal observation, unconfirmed by anyone actually in the know), I'd think that multiplayer map names and descriptions would be of a slightly lesser form of canon than other, official sources. An explanation would be that the games and the books tell the story of the Halo universe, and the multiplayer maps are a kind of extrapolation of that universe.
