In Response To: Re: Yeah. (Ain Soph Aur) But maybe not. The Covenant's strong prescence there may have kept ONI or the UNSC from doing anything except cataloging it and watching. Damnation is described as a Covenant Hydro-Processing center for pumping water into and out of certain sections of Halo. Chill Out is described as a Covenant facility on Halo for studying technology found there. That might mean (as well as described in the books) that the Covenant have been there for quite awhile. This could have prevented the UNSC or ONI from getting near Halo. | |
