I just have a dispute with your theroy Metatron.
First: I seriously doubt that MC would go back to Halo 04 on purpose. Maybe i'm wrong but after Halo blew up he seemed like he wanted to forget all about the Flood. Maybe it's just me i don't know. Dr. H is a different matter and i think she probably did go to Halo.

This seems to produce a few inconsitence with 343 GS, specificly the "but you all ready knew that" and the "last time when you asked me if it were up to me" parts.

If you think about it though it appers to be possible to speak while in-route using the teleportation grid of Halo. I am refering to the begining of Keeys and Two Betreyals, the former when MC and 343 GS seem to be carrying on a conversation while teleporting to the control room, and the later being when cortana is explaining the state of the Covenant forces near Halo. If lets say in between the library and two betrayls the MC asks "Would you activate Halo if you could?" perhaps that is what GS is refering to as "Last time...".

It could also be that Dr. H or Kelly asked 343 GS if it would activate Halo and 343 GS can't tell the difference between humans or spartans.

Another possibility is that if 343 GS can't tell the difference between humans and if humans are descended from the forerunners then maybe the forerunners are geneticly close enough to humans as to be indistiguishable to 343 GS. If this is the case perhaps he assumes that MC is a member of the forerunner species and already knows the outbreak containment prcedures. Along that same line of thought perhaps one of the last forerunners asked 343 GS if he would activate Halo.

Also don't assume that 343 GS thinks of a long time as only days i mean he has been on Halo 04 for what thousands of years? even an AI would have trouble measuring time in days being a long time.

If none of this has made sense please say so.
