You do need to host a picture to a website and link it. There's no way to host a file off your hard drive on the internet (and this forum doesn't have a place for you to upload it). Most of us have some sort of ftp access lying around somewhere, but those without it use Photo Bucket, 250 Free or Village Photos. There are several of sites of that nature around it's up to you to choose which is best for your needs.
