However, I am certain that these are from Bungie--they use a bungie.org domain, which a fan-fiction writer would not be allowed or able to do. In addition, nobody on the b.org staff knows where they come from except, of course, Louis...and Louis is keeping his lips sealed on this one. The simplest and best explanation is that these are indeed from Bungie. They are a bit different from the Cortana letters in that they are not all cryptic and they do tell a story.
