And the he does say, "The Flood" many times. : A theory that I thought up is that a long time ago the ForeRunner and the : Covenant were allied. Then forrunner built halo and the Covenant found out : that it could be used as a weapon so the two races went to war over it and : the Covenant obviously won. But the knew that some of the forrunnner had : escaped and they wanted to finish them off so they wouldnt maybe take halo : in the future. I think that halo a religious signiffigence because who : ever controls halo, controls the fate of the universe to quote captain : keyes. another thing was in another about cortona on MC in halo 2. It was : mentioned that cortona got alot of people killed. i think that is true : because if you read the fall of reach, then youd know that cortona led : thme to halo and endangered all those marines and she knew that if anybody : found out, she would be deleted so she had to kill all the future : witnesses. and as far as guilty spark always calling you the reclaimer and : thinking that youve activated halo before is because he think your someone : else. that just the way i feel about it. Well cortana didn't endanger the marines...thye made a blind jump into space and just "happened" to find halo.It was Cpt. Keyes who wanted to land on halo and he was the one dinking around in the lower levels and unlocked the flood for a second time(covies unlocked em first)
